Project Description & SummaryVery interesting research project commissioned by the Office of Naval Research, involving 3D graphics, modelling, raytracing and simulations. We designed and developed from scratch a desktop application with a GUI front end and a backend for heavy simulations, all using C++ and OpenGL, and with various libraries and frameworks including Qt, CGAL, boost, Rhino. We worked on this project full-time for 8 months with 2 physicists. |
